Leads are generated through users who visit the platform seeking legal information, guidance, or professional assistance in matrimonial matters. These inquiries are shared with associates in good faith to facilitate potential legal engagement

However, a lead represents initial interest, not a confirmed client. The platform does not guarantee the seriousness, accuracy, or conversion of any inquiry. Whether a lead becomes a client depends on multiple factors, including your communication, approach, and the specific circumstances of the user

Professional Use and Responsibility

All lead information shared with you must be used strictly for legitimate professional purposes. This means engaging with the user respectfully, maintaining confidentiality, and providing guidance in accordance with applicable legal standards.

You agree not to misuse lead data in any way, including sharing it with third parties, using it for unsolicited promotions, or storing it beyond what is reasonably necessary. As a legal professional, you are expected to follow the ethical standards prescribed by the Bar Council of India and applicable laws

Independent Relationship

Associates receiving leads operate as independent professionals. The platform only facilitates the connection between users and lawyers—it does not control, supervise, or influence the legal advice provided

Any lawyer-client relationship is formed directly between you and the user, based on mutual agreement. The platform is not a party to that relationship and does not assume responsibility for the advice given or the outcome of any matter

Commercial Understanding

Where applicable, access to leads may be subject to separate commercial arrangements such as subscriptions, fixed fees, or other agreed terms. These payments are for access to opportunities and visibility on the platform, not for guaranteed engagements or results

You acknowledge that the platform does not assure any minimum number of leads, conversions, or revenue

Confidentiality and Data Protection

Leads often contain sensitive personal and legal information. You are required to handle such data with care, using appropriate safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

Maintaining confidentiality is a core obligation. Any breach—intentional or negligent—may result in immediate termination of access to leads and potential legal consequences

Platform Discretion and Quality Control

To maintain the quality and reliability of the platform, we reserve the right to manage how leads are distributed and to review associate performance based on user experience and feedback.

Access to leads may be limited, suspended, or discontinued if there are concerns regarding misuse, unprofessional conduct, or violation of this policy.

Limitation of Liability

The platform is not responsible for the outcome of any engagement between you and a user. This includes, but is not limited to, disputes over fees, dissatisfaction with services, or case results.

Similarly, the platform is not liable for any loss of business opportunity, incomplete lead information, or failure of a lead to convert into a client.
